Public launch of the 2nd National Congress Discussion Documents of the Young Communist League of South Africa (YCLSA)

The Young Communist League (YCL) invites all the media to the public launch of our Discussion Documents for the 2nd National Congress which will be held on the 13 – 17 December 2006 in KwaZulu – Natal.

The Discussion Documents includes:

1. Towards the YCL Strategy & Tactics: Socialism in Our Lifetime: Building Working Class Power Now!
2. The YCL Approach to Women´s Emancipation and the Struggle for the Transformation of Gender Relations
3. Building an Effective and Exciting YCL: Consolidating our League
   Building & Organising Strategy

All media institutions are therefore invited to a Press Conference that will take place as per the following arrangements:

Date: 14 November 2006
Time: 11h00
Venue: 3rd Floor, Cosatu House, 1 -5 Leyds Street, Braamfontein

The National Secretary of the YCL, Cde Buti Manamela, and the National Chairperson, Cde David Masondo will address the Press Conference.

Please note the Discussion Documents are embargoed until the 14th of November 2006 at 11h00.
